Terms & Conditions:

Rescheduled event/weddings will only be accommodated if the new date does not conflict with another booked event/wedding within One Year of time from the date of the Booking.. Any of the Booking is not transferable to other client/s 

Creative aspects such as theme/design for the decoration (backdrop) are at the discretion of Soulmate. Soulmate Weddings Inc, its employees or any person employed at any event, will not be held liable for any loss or injury to persons, Male/female or children or infant due to negligence or any other cause whatsoever. 

Soulmate will not be held liable for any problems beyond our control, e.g. bad weather, accidents, poor acoustics/ lighting, interference from guests, etc. Soulmate have policy of zero tolerate against bad 

behaviour and course 

language, soulmate reserves the right to terminate the contract for any reasonable cause, e.g. accident or illness. 

If any of the decoration item or electronic equipment will be damaged, lost during the event; will be client’s responsibility.

Client are informed that Do Not Touch/Push or move or Lean on Structure Or Backdrop Or any kinds of Props/ornaments on the stage. If any of the above mentioned items/structure/props fall down due to touching/moving or Leaning on them and any one hurts “Soulmate Weddings Inc.” will not be liable. all accessories/Centre Pieces are Rental Only (Not Giveaway) if any of the item/s will be missing, broken/ damaged, client will be responsible to pay the full amount of the particular item/s. 

On Multiple events discount package, if all events or any of the event cancellation the Discount Package will change into the regular price and also the advance (Per/ Event) is non-refundable

Any Changes in design/accessories/props/ or any particular colour or material/s might change the cost or the setup.

Any additional requirements for the decoration setup, such as Professional liability insurance or any other requirements by the banquet hall, will be paid by the client. if Client/s just want to change the colours of the drapes only, they must inform Soulmate Weddings Inc. 3 to 4 weeks prior to the Event. After the Decor Setup is done, changes will not be made, until the clients agreed to pay the labour cost (20% to 40% of the total cost) for any changes in the setup.
